First Time Customers

As a new customer you will be asked to enter contact information and password before completing your order. Your email address and password details will allow you to "login" for future orders as an existing customer. Then it’s easy to go shopping. Simply select the product from the Product Menu. Click on the “Buy” icon and that product will be added to your shopping basket. When you have finished, select "View Order" to check the contents of your shopping basket and then click "Place Order" to finish the order process.
Existing Customers

Simply select "Login" from the Home page main navigation to go directly to the product area to start shopping. It’s easy to build a “Favourites” list to find regularly ordered products quickly. Just click the blue "Add to Favourites" link beside the product and it will be automatically added to your list. To check out your “Favourites” at any time click the "Favourites" button. To buy those products simply click the "Buy" or "Order All" button…so easy and very efficient! You can view your previous orders by clicking the "Order History" button. If you'd like to place the same order again simply click the "Buy" or "Reorder All" button.
Product Returns

If our product arrives damaged, or is not to your satisfaction, please e-mail, fax or telephone within 7 days of your purchase for a no quibble credit, exchange or refund. We will need to know the invoice number of the goods affected to assist in the process.
Payment

You will be asked to enter your credit card details when you confirm your order. Mastercard, Visa, Amex and Diners are accepted. Alternatively you can telephone us and provide your credit card details over the telephone on 0800 426 333.
Freight Charge

There is a $5.00+GST charge for delivery.
Delivery

We expect that your order will be completed and dispatched within 48 hours of receipt at Cerebos Food Service. Delivery times will vary depending on your location in New Zealand.
