We've added a fabulous new Bruno Rossi blend to our range for 2009.

The Caffe Primavera Fairtrade is possibly one of our most delicious blends, it features beans sourced from Brazil, Costa Rica and the Ethiopian region of Yirgacheffe. With fairtrade certification we know that our coffee producers have been paid a fair price for their coffee. Fairtrade supports producers by working with them on community development projects and provides growers with long term trading security. This fairtrade blend has a delicate, smooth flavour and is perfect for a rich espresso or creamy flat white. Squisito!

Espresso  Single shot of espresso. 30mls in 25-30 seconds. Served in a demitasse cup.
Long Black  Hot water first, then a single shot of espresso. Served in a long black cup.
Ristretto  Single shot of espresso stopped short. 20mls in 18 seconds. Served in a demitasse cup.
